About the position
As a Service Engineer, your main tasks are:
- You visit our customers/partners to optimally maintain their Cobots and cleaning machines and to resolve malfunctions quickly and adequately;
- You provide technical support by telephone to our service partners or our dealers;
- You support PoCs (tests) of Cobots in collaboration with the Head of Sales Benelux;
- You prepare machines for demonstration and delivery;
- You explain the correct use and maintenance of their Cobots and cleaning machines to end users;
- You are ultimately responsible for your own spare parts stock in consultation with planning;
This position reports to the Senior Service Engineer and is part of a compact service team that works closely with the rest of the organization. Together, we make your actions a success.
What you can put to good use in this position

- You have an MBO level of work and thinking in technology;

- You live in the indicated region;
- You have a good command of the English language, as the working language within our group is English.
